I called home appliance repairs this morning about my Bosch Dishwasher as the drain pump was not working. I spoke to an extremely polite and knowledgeable person called Mark. I think he is the owner. He did amazing troubleshooting for me over the phone, sent me an appropriate YouTube clip. He said "I don't want to put you to the expense of a callout fee if you can fix it yourself". Well I did fix it myself, thank you Mark. Where do you get customer service like this anymore? I'm so used to just having someone trying to get their hands in my wallet and not really caring about values and people. 11 out of 10, thank you Mark.
